What Will The Bus Ministry Provide?

Psychotherapy
Many youth and adults need help in dealing with their problems. We hear every night on the news how many people are dealing with life’s challenges by doing the wrong things. We have social problems that are destroying our youth many our own children or friends of theirs. These problems and destruction are only a school day away from your children and your life.

With this bus we will be able to travel to schools and communities and work with local authorities and clergy to reach out to the population and invite them into our bus one by one or in small groups to sit and watch a video and then to discuss the problems and challenges they face on a daily basis. We will then be able to confront them and challenge them on the wrong thinking and reasoning they may display and show them better ways of thinking and the benefits of finding a better solution for their lives and the community.

Since we are offering this service without charge, there will be little reason for them not to take advantage of the friendly and non-threatening atmosphere we will have in the bus and the technological advancements they will benefit from as they are advised and challenged. The technology alone will entice many to come and partake of our services and they will be exposed to wonderful knowledge, wisdom and technology that will awe them and hopefully fascinate them enough to grab hold of our challenge to self improvement and pursuit of the better things and a better way of life through better reasoning.

Counseling
Some youths and adults will need particular counseling and as we service an area, we will provide in the bus or in their homes the counseling they need. There are many counselors in our communities. It isn’t for a lacking of counseling that we need this service or provide it. It is rather for the lack of cognitive mentoring that this special type of counseling is needed. According to the latest scholarly findings, our method cannot be readily provided to the masses because the most important resource is truly hard to find and have – the cognitive mentor. Without the cognitive mentor there can be no cognitive thinking transference and therefore no improvement in problem solving skills to any significant degree. Our bus and services are unique and probably the only bus based service of its kind in the world because the Rev. Rosado is such a mentor and creator of the methodology that is being brought to the forefront of therapy and educational stratagem worldwide.

Individual Cognitive Therapy & Teaching
Cognitive therapy can be commenced with young people and adults on a regular basis. The cognitive teaching can be obtained from DVDs that we will play on the bus for the individual client. During these sessions they will be advised on how to continue listening and using these cognitive tools even after the bus has moved on to the next service site. We will leave to each client a therapy kit of CD Teaching, DVD training and instructions on how to access our therapies online via the Internet. The packet will contain other helps and resources we can get from local organizations, government agencies, etc., for distribution to our clientele.

Community Therapy 
The bus affords us a way by which to target different areas in a community in a short amount of time and on short notice and to be immediately operational without having to set up equipment, seek facilities, and get people to come to us because we have it all up and running and we can go to them! We will be able to start impacting a whole community and apply our therapy on a community wide basis, focusing on community organizations, churches, schools and other gathering places of each community. And in the process leave in place key volunteers that will continue our efforts long after we have left to service another area. 

Video / DVD Training & Education 
While in the bus some groups or individuals will sit and watch one of our DVD training or teaching programs. These programs usually deal with many of the issues affecting people today – our youth and adult neighbors. While they are watching we are there to answer questions and to interact with the viewers, ensuring that the education is getting through to them and that they are readily able to assimilate the reasoning and cognitive thinking being modeled. In most cases this alone will ensure corrected behaviors and improved problem solving by our clients.

A local presence leading to the establishment of a branch of our educational and economic development organization.
Since each area has different issues we are able to address a full range of social phenomena and train up local volunteers to continue the focus by way of our organization. So that the bus is just the starting spark that will enter each community and leave in its wake a branch of our organization that will be spread throughout the 51 states of the union.

Anti-Terrorism Preparation
All the while, we will be administering mental strengthening skills for how to react to terrorism.  We will be alerting and training youth and other leaders on how to cognitively react in an emergency and how to help people deal with a catastrophe.  We will also prepare a network and train them to work in cooperation with government efforts in the reconstruction of civilization and the maintenance of American Democracy and civil liberties in the event of a major incident.  We are the only service that is capable of getting into the communities and providing the key resource for the maintenance of our American way of life in the face of a major catastrophic event - be it an act of God or that of an enemy attack.  We must survive!  Help America today!  Don't wait until its too late to do anything about it!  Help us now!!!
